A recent study suggests that there is no correlation between the sleeping position of pregnant women and the negative effect it has on their baby.

Almost every other person, along with gynecologists, advises pregnant women on many things. One of the most common advice is to take the crotch to the left side to avoid the inappropriate risk of blood flow to the fetus.
But research done with 8700 women during the first 30 weeks of pregnancy has revealed that women slept left, right or back, and this has nothing to do with them.
Studies show that about 22% of these women experienced severe pregnancy complications. No matter what their gold position is. That means pregnant women have a gold position. It has nothing to do with the complications they have.
"We can assure women that any type of gold position is safe during the first 30 weeks of pregnancy," said Dr. Robert, maternity and gynecologist president and author of the study at the University of Utah School of Medicine. Since the study did not detail the last 10 weeks, it cannot be said that no such problem may have occurred in the last 10 weeks.
